We love Amanda! We have had multiple issues with our heating and cooling. It does not help that we have added onto the house 3 times! Amanda is so detail-oriented and spent time to really find out what was going on. She made some great suggestions and found a lot of things that were not functioning as they should. “Nathan with Bryant was great. Two of our AC units were not working. Nathan quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. It was a switch that had to be reset because the units had gotten covered up during our house painting project. Nathan was extremely knowledgeable, prompt and courteous.

NOTE- We called a different AC repair company the day before who said we needed two new AC units. They did not know how to, or maybe did not want to, reset the units.”

“To be honest, I have never used Mike Bryant services before. My wife and I just moved into a new house. Mike Bryant was contracted to install our HVAC. The system was installed in February so I’m guessing they did not test the AC unit but it was not turning on. Yesterday David, our technician, came out and took less than 5 minutes to identify the problem. He went straight to work on the wiring issue which took him another 10 minutes. He then spent another 10-15 minutes checking out the whole system. He checked the air temp, refrigerant and probably 10 other things I was not aware of, just to make sure it was all in top operating order. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and informed me throughout the process of what he was doing and what was going on. Thank you for the great service, David!”

No company in the area could provide installation of a new furnace quickly to provide relief of such low temps inside our home, leaving us cold and worried over freezing pipes after not having heat all night. I called the after hour hotline and received a call back within a few minutes from a gentleman named, Mike. Mike was very professional and easy to talk to. “We had an issue with our air conditioner on Monday, June 10. Came home from work and our house temperature was about 75 degrees and heading up. Checked things out and discovered our compressor was not running. I called your maintenance line about 5:30 and left a message for someone to call us although I really did not expect that to happen until the next day. Within an hour, Curtis called us back, apologizing for not getting back with us sooner as he had been on another job. I told him our problem and he said as soon as he finished up a job near Waldo, he would head our way. He called about an hour later and said he was on his way to our house and he arrived about 8:00. By about 8:30 he had us up and running again. He was very nice and professional and was not the least upset that we had taken him away from his free evening. What a great experience we had and what a nice employee you have.”

Loni came today for the annual check of my A/C and I want tell you that even though I know zero about what he does (although he does explain exactly what his findings are) I think he is one of the best technicians who has worked on this unit. When he was here last time, he was kind enough to label the damper handles so that my upstairs guests will be comfortable any time of the year. Maybe other technicians do this but this was a first for me. One last thing….before he left the basement, he turned out the lights and noticed that the switch plates were very warm. He did bring it to my attention and suggested I might want to check that out. I appreciated him giving me this information and, again, think he’s a great asset to your company. I feel Loni is very professional but in a very personable manner and shows concern of the “big picture” for your customers.
